Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to support our sales team in gathering and qualifying data related to our target market and connecting with potential customers through various outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify ideal customer companies and persona profiles using research, databases, and online tools.
  • Gather leads through events, social media, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads by uncovering needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain a robust lead management system (CRM) with accurate and timely data.
Candidate Profile
  • Must be internet savvy and able to research information using search engines and directories.
  • Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Deadline-driven and able to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other tools is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
