Sales and Business Growth Specialist

L MES Academy is looking for a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute lead generation strategies to increase the number of qualified leads.
- Sales Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing them with valuable insights and solutions to their business challenges.
- Closing Deals: Utilize your consultative selling skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype for product demos and meetings.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on closing deals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a high level of attention to detail.
