**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Voltech HR Services Private Limited.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads from our database, identifying decision-makers within targeted leads, and initiating the sales process. Your primary goal will be to penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for our products and services.

To achieve this, you will build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients through telephonic and/or video conversations, ensuring they derive value from our services. You will also promptly resolve client complaints and systematically follow up with client organizations to drive sales pitches to timely closure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generate leads from our database and identify potential customers
  • Initiate the sales process by contacting decision-makers
  • Penetrate targeted accounts and generate sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Resolve client complaints in a timely manner
