Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for IT services, including Web & Mobile App Development and Digital Marketing.
  • Business Expansion: Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Work closely with marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in IT Sales (Web & Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong ability to handle high-value deals and negotiations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
