Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at GreenFuturz Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, IoT, and RFID solutions, and will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.* Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and quotations to clients.* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and providing tailored RFID/IoT solutions.* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.* Upsell and cross-sell solutions to maximize business value for clients.* Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.* Keep updated on emerging RFID & IoT technologies and their applications.* Provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance solution offerings.* Work closely with the technical and pre-sales teams for seamless solution delivery.* Maintain and update sales pipeline using CRM tools.* Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.* 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, IoT, RFID, or automation solutions.* Strong expertise in RFID technologies, IoT platforms, asset tracking, and automation.* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
