Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Semiconductor SolutionsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential new markets for our product lines and gaining new market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop various marketing strategies based on market trends and manage the principals during visits in India.
- Solid experience in sales and marketing, including pre-sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of their requirements and ensure effective conversion.
- Position and communicate product value to customers, covering technical & operational managers & users.
- Ensure constant interaction with principals on the technology and marketing front.
- Good understanding of sales processes like negotiating, tender, and contracting terms with clients.
- Build effective client relationships with assigned customers.
- An interface between our organization's technical application/sales team, and the customer.
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. Electrical or Electronics.
- Prior Work Experience: 6-10+ years.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable, accessible, and responsive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agile, proactive.
- Estimated salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum.
- With Medical & Accidental & Term Life Insurance.
- Incentives - Quarterly/Annual Incentive.
- Statutory Benefits - EPFO, Gratuity etc.
- Working Days - Mon to Friday.
