Job Title: Buying & Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our buying team as a Buying & Merchandising Coordinator.

 

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily buying operations, vendor management, and inventory tracking. Key responsibilities include:

  • Following up with vendors daily/weekly for order status, production timelines, and delivery commitments.
  • Tracking purchase orders end to end, from issuance to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintaining inventory reports and updating stock status regularly to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Recording and reconciling delivery notes, invoices, and pending order details for accuracy.
  • Assisting in the preparation of merchandising reports, sales vs. inventory analysis, and replenishment requirements.

 

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in buying, merchandising, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create and maintain basic reports.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
