KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED (responsibilities and meeting customer expectations).

  • Oversee procurement of raw material and approvals are obtained in time
  • Oversee generation of purchase order & it is issued on timely basis
  • Ensure Material Requirement Plan (MRP) to be received in time
  • Ensure in time GRN as per terms of Purchase Order
  • Follow procurement Processes to bring smoothness in the functions
  • Follow Vendor policy and implement NDAs, GPAs, and other compliances
  • Follow Vendor selection process to bring right vendor on the baord
  • Closely overview the Stores and Logistics function to enhance effectiveness-for delivery and cost
  • Closely overview the logistic function to enhance effectiveness- for delivery and cost
  • Exercise inventory control for minimizing the overall inventory, age of FG & follow JIT as per management's directives
