KUVOS TECH provides a wide range of engineering design services, including plastic injection molds, die-casting molds, reverse engineering, product design, and 3D printing design. About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Purchase Manager
to manage procurement operations, vendor development, and cost optimization for Kuvos Tech. The ideal candidate should be based in Pune but flexible to travel across cities for vendor visits, negotiations, and project requirements.

This is a full-time onsite role based in our Pune office.

This role requires travel to other cities hence candidate should be comfortable travelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Monitor vendor performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain proper records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements.
  • Travel to vendor locations, project sites, and other offices as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in purchase/procurement management (preferably in engineering/manufacturing/services industry).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across different cities
  • Proficiency in ERP/Procurement tools is an advantage.
