We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Network People Services Technologies Ltd. (NPST- Banking and Payment Solutions).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced relationship manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the fintech industry.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with banks and merchants, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Strengthen relationships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Identify potential banking and merchant opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to strategize business growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at banks and merchant organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to maintain ongoing rapport.
  • Drive business growth by initiating and closing B2B sales opportunities.
  • Engage with senior executives to present proposals and negotiate partnerships.

You will be responsible for leveraging your excellent communication skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in business administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management within the fintech or payment technology sector.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and clients.

You should be enthusiastic about building relationships and driving impactful strategies, with a passion for delivering results-oriented solutions.
