Job Title: Mental Health Professional

At Spring Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our provider network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and therapy, with a proven track record of providing high-quality care to clients.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that cater to the unique needs of each client.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, yet also collaborate effectively with our dedicated provider support team and clinical care navigation team.

Key responsibilities include providing counseling services to clients, maintaining accurate session documentation, and utilizing technology to facilitate remote sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a licensed psychotherapist or psychologist in India.
  • A minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, including adults, children, couples, and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, with both remote and in-person sessions.
