The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of post-graduate experience in direct counselling services, demonstrating ability to manage diverse client caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients with various mental health concerns.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on client goals, needs, and cultural background.
- Equip clients with coping strategies and resources for emotional resilience and overall mental wellness.
- Stay current with emerging research and best practices in psychotherapy through ongoing professional development.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all counselling practices, adhering to organisational policies and legal regulations.
- Participate in outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health and advocate for inclusive care.
- 6–8 years of post-graduate experience providing direct counselling services with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse client caseloads.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Trauma-Informed Care.
