Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist. As the first point of contact for members across chat, email, and phone support, you will be responsible for providing timely guidance, answering questions, and resolving issues.

You will work closely with our team of experts, including doctors, nutritionists, and wellness specialists, to ensure that members receive comprehensive support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Assist community members in navigating our platform, forums, and events, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Support Provision: Provide empathetic and clear communication to members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Feedback and Insights: Track user feedback and highlight insights to improve the overall experience, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Event Organization: Organize offline events, workshops, and meet-ups to strengthen member connections and foster a sense of community.
Requirements:
  • Customer Support Experience: 3–6 years of experience in customer support, community engagement, or related roles.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Multi-language proficiency (English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or others) is an advantage.
