
Expert Online Mental Health Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled professionals to provide online mental health consultations via our telehealth platform. As a Telehealth Mental Health Specialist, you will be working remotely and will have the flexibility to manage your schedule according to your preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth online consultations with patients to address their mental health concerns.
- Provide empathetic counseling support for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and lifestyle challenges.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards throughout your work.
- Update case notes accurately in our system after each consultation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied) or relevant field.
- Registration with the relevant authority (RCI registration preferred).
- 0-5 years of experience in clinical or counseling settings (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English or regional languages (Hindi preferred).
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism are essential qualities for this role.
