Clinical Mental Health Professional

">About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Mental Health Professional to join our team. This role will involve delivering one-to-one psychotherapeutic interventions, administering psychometric assessments, and conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in evidence-based psychological therapies and psychometric assessments, have excellent documentation and communication skills, and be keen to learn and stay updated with current industry trends.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline
  • Administering psychometric assessments (intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests), scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same
  • Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars
  • Developing and engaging with specialized clinical protocols
  • Content research and development for proprietary products
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MPhil (with 0-10 yrs of work experience) in Clinical Psychology / Master's in Clinical Psychology (with 5+ yrs of work experience)
