Job Description:

The MySpace Project at St. John's Health Innovation Foundation is committed to building mentally healthy workplaces within the garment sector. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator who is passionate about mental health and counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Conduct impactful and participatory trainings on mental health-related topics for factory workers, staff, and management.

·      Facilitate sessions on mental health, counselling, inter-personal communication, stress management and problem solving.

·      Coordinate and support impact assessments, field visits, and feedback mechanisms.

·      Take the lead in data collection, management, and reporting using both digital and manual tools.

·      Support the Project Management team in planning, documentation, logistics, and communications.

·      Handle project-related administrative responsibilities, including follow-up with stakeholders, all official communications and maintaining program records.

·      Willingness to extensively travel to factory locations and project sites across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

·      Use Microsoft Office tools proficiently for documentation, analysis, and reporting.

·      Maintain sensitivity and understanding of the challenges faced by employees, especially marginalised ones.

·      Demonstrate background knowledge of the garment industry, including systems and worker dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Master's degree in social work (MSW) or Sociology.

·      Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a similar role

·      Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

·      Passionate about mental health; workplace wellbeing and counselling
