Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated psychologist to join our team as a Therapy Experience Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial intake and introduction calls with new clients, administering and managing assessment tools and scales, collecting and analyzing client feedback, and guiding clients through the matching process.
In addition, the ideal candidate will maintain regular communication with empaneled therapists, facilitate smooth client-therapist partnerships, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for documentation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management:
- Conduct initial intake and introduction calls with new clients.

- Master's degree in Psychology (required)
