Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to resolve issues.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer complaints and proactively address them.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team to enhance customer support services.
- Keep customers informed about new features and updates to our products or services.
Requirements
- Experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of help desk software and remote support tools.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role.
- Working knowledge of email management, communication, nonvoice, voice, and troubleshooting.
- Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
