About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer complaints and proactively address them.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the team to enhance customer support services.
  • Keep customers informed about new features and updates to our products or services.

Requirements

  • Experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role.
  • Working knowledge of email management, communication, nonvoice, voice, and troubleshooting.
  • Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
