Job Summary

A key member of our team will be responsible for providing support for software applications and assisting users in resolving issues. They will engage with customers to identify problems and collaborate with other teams to enhance the software. 

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing support for software applications, addressing user queries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Collaborating with customers and software development teams to enhance application functionality and performance.

  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the specified timeframe.

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Any Graduation in computer science or information technology

  • Experience: 0 to 1 years in any software development activities

  • Knowledgeable in software development principles and methodologies

  • Understanding of customer service operations

  • Familiarity with software quality assurance

  • Creative approach

  • Time management

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python

  • Knowledge of DBMS & RDBMS, writing SQL queries

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace

  • Willingness to travel when necessary
