Software Support Professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers to identify improvement areas and provide tailored solutions, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Participate in onboarding activities for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 0-1 years of experience in software development activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software development principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of customer service operations and software quality assurance.
