Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Mac Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, setting up clients' Mac iOS systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person support.
  • Configure and install client applications on Mac systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including OS and network connectivity issues.
  • Document and track all support requests and resolutions.
