Sales and Leasing Director

We are a dynamic and supportive team at ClayWorks, and we are looking for a highly skilled Transaction Manager to join us. If you have experience in transactions and sales of commercial real estate and a proactive and results-oriented approach to drive revenue growth through strategic business development efforts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, build, and cultivate relationships with local, regional, national, and international landlords and tenants.
- Maintain regular contact with Tenant Representatives to identify new opportunities and understand their future leasing requirements.
- Monitor leasing activities, trends, and leasing opportunities with Landlords' and their Representatives.
- Work with external brokers, prospective clients, and other stakeholders in the execution of new leases, lease renewals, and more.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in Transactions and Sales of Commercial Real Estate.
- Able to drive revenue growth through strategic business development efforts.
Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
