Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives and working closely with our CEO to achieve business objectives.

This is an intense, high-impact role that requires someone who enjoys all things business and operations, can juggle multiple initiatives, and likes rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

As Chief of Staff, you will work with different business functions to solve problems using first-principle thinking, manage key partnerships, support HR and org-level initiatives, and perfect your skills in ambiguity, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving high-impact, cross-functional problems by bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue, from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Working closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Own and driving key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Leading company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
  • Supporting strategic hiring efforts, from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
  • Driving revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of early stage startup experience on the business side.
  • A love for all things business and sales, and not shying away from getting your hands dirty to get the job done.
  • The ability to context-switch between domains (support → sales → HR) without losing depth.
  • Comfort with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • Extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
