Business Development Trainee

As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in business operations and brand development through an integrated cross-functional program. You will start with broad exposure and then deepen into a specialization, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Program Structure

You will go through two phases: Integrated Training Phase (Months 1–3) and Specialization Stream (Months 4–9).

  • During the Integrated Training Phase, you will work across both Business Operations and Brand Development, collaborating on major initiatives.
  • In the Specialization Stream, you will transition into your primary specialization based on your strengths, interests, and business needs while continuing to contribute cross-functionally.

After the program:

  • The traineeship is designed as a pathway into full-time roles with expanded responsibilities and a revised compensation package, so you can continue growing with us beyond the program.
