Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Growth Specialist to help us expand our client base.

This is a freelance, commission-only role with a 6-month contract. You will focus on identifying decision-makers within software/tech companies, building relationships that lead to pre-onboarding calls with our founder, presenting our QA service packages with confidence and professionalism, managing outreach across multiple channels, and developing a qualified sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in the software/tech industry
  • Build trusted relationships with potential clients to drive business growth
  • Present our QA service packages effectively and professionally
  • Manage multiple outreach channels to maximize results
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with software/technology sectors (preferred)

Compensation:

  • Commission-only: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance
  • Payments released once we receive client funds (clear, transparent process)
  • 6 month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers
