Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee asset management projects in India. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects while managing resources effectively.

- Lead and manage asset management projects from initiation to closure.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and obstacles.

- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report on project status and gather feedback and insights.

- Ensure effective communication among all project participants and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

- Facilitate project documentation and maintain comprehensive project records and archives.

- Implement best practices in project management and asset management methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 12-15 years of experience in project management, preferably within the asset management sector or related field.

- Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices, including financial analysis and budgeting.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results-oriented and solution-driven approaches.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
