Workforce Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets related to our workforce.

  • You will work closely with our human resources team to develop data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
  • Your responsibilities will include collecting, compiling, and joining datasets from various sources, as well as developing standard and ad hoc reports.
  • You will analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and communicate your findings to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, compile, and join datasets from multiple sources, including HR systems and databases.
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Produce high-quality reports and visualizations to communicate results and interpretations of trends.
