Workforce Management Specialist

Job Title: Workforce Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to optimize our workforce management systems. Your focus will be on implementing and configuring UKG Dimensions, ensuring accurate and compliant timekeeping and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance UKG Dimensions modules for efficient timekeeping and payroll.
  • Design and implement complex pay rules and work policies aligned with local legislation.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of pay rules and integrations to guarantee payroll accuracy.
  • Manage integrations between UKG Dimensions and external platforms.
  • Provide expert-level functional support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions.
  • Proven expertise in configuring Time-to-Pay (TTP) module.
  • In-depth knowledge of local payroll and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience integrating UKG Dimensions with major payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
