Job Title

Our company is seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to provide expert assistance related to our product suite.

This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues for customers worldwide.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues of the product suite for our customers globally.
  • Document and verify reported problems using available tools, resources and documentation.
  • Log/report issues on our CRM system, ensuring effective communication with customers, peers and other teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory hands-on experience in: Networking, CentOS Linux, Windows OS.
  • Mandatory experience in at least two of the following: Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, Object Oriented Programming.

Secondary - Nice to Have/Skills to Stand Out:

  • VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS, Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly.
