Program Lead Job Opportunity

The organization is seeking a skilled Program Lead to drive key enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • This individual will be responsible for identifying strategic issues, providing insights and recommendations to CXOs, and conceptualizing, designing, and executing key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Additionally, the Program Lead will forecast strategic and operational variables, simulate, and create best-fit plans based on market profiles.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential for this role.

CXO Support:

The successful candidate will support and manage CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Initiative PMO:

Key responsibilities include leading and driving key strategic initiatives, delivering and designing key strategic initiatives, transformation agendas, and efficiency improvement projects with impact across the organization.

Strategic Insights:

Developing business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis, and supporting planning initiatives are critical components of this role.

Strategy Communication:

The successful candidate will manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interaction with other stakeholders.

Capabilities/Skill Sets:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exercise considerable judgment in building relationships across all levels in the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Good understanding of data management and collection, modelling and interpretation across complex data sets.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

Fully qualified candidates should hold a Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) / CA.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years PQE experience is required.
