Job Title: Project Director - Strategic Initiatives

What You Will Do
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the organization by driving strategic initiatives, process improvements, and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining project objectives, timelines, and metrics to achieve business goals and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, applying data-driven decision-making to develop sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align projects with strategic priorities, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and coach team members and employees on Six Sigma principles, providing training and guidance on process improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee control plan implementation to sustain improvements post-project completion, ensuring ongoing adherence to Lean Six Sigma standards.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and results-driven performance, leading by example as a project leader demonstrating the effectiveness of Six Sigma principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication and facilitation skills, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
