Senior Project Director Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the delivery of various client engagements and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize client accounts and customer value by assessing and ranking them based on their strategic importance, urgency, and other critical factors to ensure timely attention.
  • Effectively manage budget, personnel, and technology across the portfolio to meet project requirements and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Utilize effective performance metrics and analysis to measure project success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor resource usage to prevent overallocation or underutilization, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly review ongoing projects' status to ensure they are on track with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and necessary adjustments.
  • Identify potential risks that may impact the portfolio and develop strategies to mitigate them, minimizing disruptions to project execution.
  • Foster open communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed about project statuses, potential risks, and changes to the portfolio.
  • Ensure stakeholders are aware of delivery commitments and their execution as per contractual agreements and statements of work.
  • Adhere to service level and contractual obligations while conducting forward-looking planning on revenue projections, staffing capacity, and reviewing it periodically with key stakeholders.
  • Regularly review delivery teams' performance scorecards and implement best practices and standards across services to drive overall delivery excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
