Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations, plan efficient administrative procedures and ensure smooth information flow within the company.

  • Develop and implement streamlined administrative processes.
  • Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory and control expenses.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities, including recycling and event planning.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Stay updated on organizational changes and business developments.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the company.
  • Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for best prices.
  • Manage employee travel itineraries and accommodations.
  • Procure and maintain housekeeping supplies and other inventory.
  • Maintain office assets and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
  • Maintain good relations with government bodies and police officials.
  • Track expenses to ensure compliance with cost budget.
  • Submit reports on administration expenses to senior authorities.
  • Implement EHS and fire safety measures.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
  • Good time management skills, prioritizing and adapting as necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with knowledge of administrative support services.
  • Basic drafting and mailing communication skills.
  • Proactive and reliable individual capable of performing well in challenging situations.
