  • Guiding and ensuring the execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operating with the management committee through consultative approaches.
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR, administration, finances, and other stakeholder relations through established teams led by the CEO.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A professional qualification with a Ph.D. preferred.
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industries.
  • A strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership—aligned with the ethos of "New Leaders for a New India".
