Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking an exceptional financial leader to lead our entire commercial, accounts, and finance function. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of Books of Accounts and preparation of financial reports, including Balance Sheets and P&L Statements.
  • Managing taxation compliance and ensuring timely submission of tax returns.
  • Tracking agreements and bank guarantees, and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Developing commercial strategies and providing financial guidance to support business decisions.
  • Negotiating with customers, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Building and managing relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Overseeing the performance of the commercial team and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring budgeting expenses and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Managing Company Payable and Receivable, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Reporting directly to the Director/Founder of the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Accounts and Finance Manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure.
