Financial Leadership Role

As the strategic financial business leader, you will champion and develop property-wide strategies to deliver exceptional products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with 2 years of experience in finance and accounting or related professional area OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field with no work experience required.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze financial data, market trends, and actual sales against projected sales to improve profit. Develop cost-benefit estimates, explore new business opportunities, and monitor progress.
  • Team Leadership: Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and lead by example, communicating strategic goals and priorities to subordinates.
  • Finance and Accounting Goals: Support property strategy from a finance and accounting perspective, submit timely reports, ensure accurate profit/loss documentation, and achieve/exceed performance, budget, and team goals.
  • Project Management and Compliance: Monitor taxes, generate timely and accurate results, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Local SOPs (LSOPs).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand and meet key stakeholder needs, including owners, corporate, guests, etc. Anticipate and address owner needs, involving ownership in key decisions.
