We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a key member responsible for defining and executing our financial strategy, ensuring the long-term success and stability of the organization.

This role will involve collaborating closely with senior management to oversee day-to-day financial operations, optimize processes, and contribute to the organization's growth and financial health.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach. They should possess in-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices, including those of the US & EU.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing the organization's financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements in the USA, Singapore, and India.
  • Supervising the operations of AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Providing stakeholders with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial performance.
  • Forecasting cash flow, assessing borrowing needs, and determining available funds for both expenses and investments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the organization's annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at both organizational and functional levels.
  • Reporting budget variances to management, providing detailed explanations for discrepancies.
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including payroll partners, banks, legal advisors, and government statutory offices.
