Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team at Pixelo Digital. As a key member of our demand generation and product company, you will be responsible for accelerating sales for our clients through innovative marketing strategies.

About the Role:

  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to tailor outreach efforts and align with their needs.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure a smooth handover to sales executives.
  • Track and manage lead activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, Prospectoo, Sendgrid, Apollo, and Lusha.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior involvement in B2B marketing.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to support your growth and success.
