Academic Liaison Specialist

At Podar Education Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Academic Liaison Specialist to play a key role in our admissions process.

• Assist parents through the admission process, providing exceptional customer service and guidance.
• Update student details in our software, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Perform timely follow-ups on existing databases, maintaining a strong network of relationships.
• Update the School's Social Media page, showcasing our school's achievements and events.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, including ATL and BTL initiatives within the allocated marketing budget.
• Monitor the school's website and Google listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Establish and maintain corporate tie-ups, fostering strategic partnerships.
• Maintain records and prepare reports, providing valuable insights for our school.
• Promote student retention, working closely with parents and staff to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with planning and execution of marketing activities.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
