Strategic Growth Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities, ensuring timely receivables to enhance cash flow and growth.
We are seeking a talented individual who can develop an annual marketing plan for the region/market/area, taking into account targeted customer segments, marketing budget, and overall business strategy.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that expands reach, increases funnel size, boosts conversions, and maximizes revenue per customer.
- Create briefs for various marketing initiatives/campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams (agencies) to develop impactful content.
- Provide insights based on internal and research data to define opportunity size and maximize conversion across the funnel through targeted marketing initiatives.
This role involves establishing a process for tracking and monitoring campaign milestones, providing pre- and post-campaign reporting analysis, and recommending next steps.
You will be responsible for supporting new business initiatives by designing and executing campaigns and marketing events, driving additional business growth in Construction functions, building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers, managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data, making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment, researching market and industry trends, and developing ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:- $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary
