Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially focused professional to join our Revenue Operations team.

This role will play a critical part in accelerating growth by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, analyzing client segments, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, the position demands a sharp focus on maximizing pipeline efficiency, improving conversion rates, and driving measurable impact on top-line growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
  • Own revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  • Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
  • Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for QBRs and leadership reviews to influence growth priorities, competitive strategy, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred.
