We are seeking a seasoned Senior Revenue Strategist to spearhead top-line performance across diverse hotels and resorts.

  • Lead multi-property revenue management initiatives to drive strategic growth.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to craft data-driven pricing strategies.
  • Optimize channel distribution (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve optimal business mix.
  • Develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure. They will possess a proven track record of improving RevPAR, occupancy, and RGI across varied property formats.

This is an opportunity to work directly with leadership and property owners, and play a pivotal role in building future-ready processes and frameworks for revenue and asset management.
