Job Description:

Global Contract Life and Wellness Coaches serve as mentors to Spring Health members in a confidential, non-judgmental environment. They facilitate self-discovery, exploration, and personal growth through life and wellness coaching sessions via video or phone.

Clients work with their coaches to set realistic goals, develop confidence, and achieve meaningful and sustainable changes in areas such as stress management, relationships, career development, health and wellbeing, and personal growth.

  • Coaches maintain a calendar of available times and track session notes in a timely manner.
  • They collaborate with the support team, care navigation team, and administrative support team as needed.
  • Providing culturally sensitive and empathetic care is essential, upholding values of diversity, equity, and inclusion for all individuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.

  3. Provide culturally competent and empathetic care upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
