Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic partnerships with academia, industry, and government sectors. This role requires the ability to identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to enrich content and educational offerings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value propositions of our products and services to potential partners. They will also coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations.

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other collaborations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring they see value and impact from their engagement with us.
  • Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems across academia, industry, and government.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and leveraging Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
