Assistant Business Manager the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Business Manager to support business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to contribute to business planning, performance monitoring, and execution of strategic Strategy & Planning- Assist senior management in developing and executing business strategies.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.- Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.- Track business performance metrics and prepare management & Stakeholder Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.- Assist in negotiations, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues & Execution- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to meet business goals.- Monitor process efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and contractual Management & Leadership- Support team leads in managing and mentoring junior staff.- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for achieving targets.- Encourage collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the & Business Growth- Assist in financial analysis, cost control, and revenue optimization.- Contribute to business development activities by identifying leads and supporting sales initiatives.- Monitor KPIs and contribute ideas for achieving profitability and 2-3 years of experience in business management, operations, or client engagement.- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Finance preferred.- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and draw insights.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Leadership qualities with experience in team management or / Plus Skills:- Exposure to business development, partnerships, or key account management.- Experience in consulting, technology, or service industries.
