Job Role: Technical Sales Specialist

As a Technical Sales Specialist at Svinzy Digital Solutions, you will play a critical role in developing a deep understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications. Your primary responsibility will be to travel within the assigned territory, meeting prospective clients on a daily basis, and understanding their needs to recommend the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at large manufacturers
Develop a healthy project pipeline to propel business growth
Deliver strong analytical skills to understand and elaborate data points
Timely submission of sales reports
Deliver ambitious sales growth, business development in assigned focus markets, and specification and product approval with institutions and OEMs

Requirements:

- Good communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
- Independent working with the ability to perform without direct supervision
- Decision-making capability and calculative risk-taking ability
- Self-motivated and inspire others to lead by example
- High on ethics, integrity, and prioritize a safe work environment
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to deliver top-class results

Benefits:

- Attractive increment over current drawn salary with a fixed+Industry leading Variable Pay to be paid on a monthly basis
