Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished and driven professional to spearhead our enterprise account growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships within the enterprise sector, with a particular focus on the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

You will drive the end-to-end sales process for IT solutions and services, particularly in cybersecurity, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to business growth.

  • Foster and maintain robust client relationships within the enterprise sector, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals, with a primary focus on IT solutions and services.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively understand their business needs, proposing tailored solutions that effectively address their cybersecurity and IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, directly contributing to overall business growth.
  • Remain current on market trends, particularly in the cybersecurity landscape, and advise clients on emerging threats and the inherent value of our solutions.
  • Seamlessly collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth solution delivery and comprehensive post-sales support.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients.
  • A solid understanding of IT solutions and familiarity with cybersecurity products and services.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly skilled in negotiation.
  • A proven track record in IT solutions or services sales, particularly within the enterprise and BFSI sectors.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
