Enterprise Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, market research, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Generate high-quality leads for senior sellers to fuel a multi-million dollar pipeline.
  • Own and close small to medium-sized business opportunities within designated territories.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Help define processes and policies for the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or outbound sales roles, with a track record of exceeding annual quotas and consistently driving qualified pipeline growth.
  • Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into senior executive levels to identify new customer opportunities.
  • Experience in enterprise software or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional academic track record and passion for business and technology.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a curiosity-driven mindset.
  • Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
  • Verbal and written communication and negotiation skills are crucial.
  • Results-driven with an over-achiever spirit and persistence/perseverance.
