Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership presence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology.
  • 10–15 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enterprise solution ownership.
  • Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, BI tools).
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
