Job Title: Enterprise AI Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise AI Strategist to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning solutions across our organization.

This role involves architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML projects that align with business outcomes, leveraging extensive experience in Retail and FMCG domains.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, including OpenAIs GPT family, ChatGPT, and emerging models like DeepSeek.

A key aspect of this position is designing domain-specific use cases such as intelligent product search, contextual recommendation engines, conversational commerce assistants, and automated customer engagement using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Key Skills:

  • Advanced ML model development and deployment using modern data science stacks
  • Expert-level understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, BERT/GPT), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
  • Data engineering proficiency for designing robust data pipelines, building scalable ETL workflows, and integrating structured and unstructured data from ERP, CRM, POS, and social media platforms
  • Operationalization of ML workflows through automated retraining, version control, and model monitoring

Experience:

  • Large-scale AI/ML solution deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI), and Azure Machine Learning
  • Cloud-native architecture design for low-latency inference, high-volume batch scoring, and streaming analytics
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD for ML

Communication:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into business impact, collaborating with marketing, supply chain, merchandising, and IT stakeholders
  • Engaging with executive leadership to influence digital and AI strategies at an enterprise level
